Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Please contact us immediately! We process orders fast (1-2 business days). Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot change the address.

Q: My tracking shows "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?

A: Check your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it hasn't appeared within 24 hours, please contact us with your order number so we can initiate a trace investigation.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was marked as delivered to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Washing: The product must not have been washed.

Items that are used, damaged, washed, soiled, or not in their original packaging may be rejected for return.
